It is Digital Rush Pty Ltd’s policy to only collect information, which is necessary for it to fulfil its core business aims, and to collect such information directly from the individual concerned where possible.
Where any law requires Digital Rush Pty Ltd to collect information, the individual will be advised of the name of that law.

 Digital Rush Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee to provide a copy of the information held by Digital Rush Pty Ltd about the individual. 

Digital Rush Pty Ltd is committed to taking all reasonable precautions to protect any personally identifiable information held by it from loss, misuse or alteration.

3. STATEMENT OF POLICY REGARDING INFORMATION PROVIDED TO OBTAIN CREDIT

If you have disclosed personal information in the course of an application for credit from Digital Rush Pty Ltd, the company will only disclose such information to the credit referees nominated by you, its credit rating agency, its legal advisers and collection agents to recover any debts due, for the purpose of dealing with your credit application.  Should you fail to provide the information requested your application for credit would not be processed.

We will endeavour to fulfill your request for access within a reasonable time (usually within 14 days). We may charge you a fee to obtain copies of the information held. If we refuse to provide you with information, we will inform you of the reason(s) such access is refused.

The following statement sets out how Digital Rush Pty Ltd generally deals with information obtained online.

The type of information, which Digital Rush Pty Ltd generally collects, includes your name, address, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address. 

Any information collected is done so that Digital Rush Pty Ltd can provide you with the services you have requested.

Also when you look at this website, our Internet Service Provider (ISP) records your visit.  The information which is logged for statistical purposes includes: -

Digital Rush Pty Ltd will use all reasonable steps to ensure that the information it holds about you is secure and protected from loss, misuse or alteration. Customers who choose to use a username and password for the purpose of using this website are responsible for the security and confidentiality of this information.

COOKIES

A cookie is a piece of information which a website sends to your browser when you access that site.  Cookies indicate to the website that you have visited that site before and can be used to record what part of the website you visit.  Cookies do not identify an individual user, although they do allow identification of the type of browser used and the Internet Service Provider (ISP).

We accept either cash or direct deposit to our bank acount, details of which are shown on our invoice.

Cheque payments may be accepted from established account customers.

Digital Rush reserves the right to decline acceptance of any job if the customer’s account is in arrears.

REFUND POLICY

We take great pride and every care with our work and want you to have the best possible end result for your job.

You can help achieve this by checking your files carefully before they are sent to us. All files must be print ready. It is your responsibility to make sure of this as Digital Rush Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for errors, which arise due to the software used by you, or from errors or omissions made in the creation of your file.

Any claims should be made to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will need to return the goods to us, and at your expense.

If the error is due to a fault in printing, we will, at our discretion either refund or replace the goods.

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship our goods either by reputable courier company, one with job tracking facility available to us, or, in the case of remote locations, by Australia Post. In doing this Digital Rush Pty Ltd acts as your agent and goods are forwarded to you on that basis. We cannot be held responsible for goods once they have left our factory, in particular Digital Rush Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any deficiencies in either the handling or speed of delivery.
Please allow a reasonable time for delivery after despatch from our factory. The time taken will depend on your location. In general the more remote the destination the longer the time required. Our experience shows that the longest time is usually for locations in the Northern Territory or remote Central Australia, which takes approximately 10 days. Naturally, delivery to overseas destinations could take longer.
